RETURN & PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges: Scent-Rix, like several other fragrance companies and distributors, does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. Once a fragrance is dispatched to a customer, it cannot be ensured that it has not been used or tampered with, making it ineligible for resale by Scent-Rix.
Damages and issues As soon as you receive your order, please check everything over and let us know if anything is amiss, broken, or if you received the wrong item so we can investigate and solve the issue. To further investigate, we probably need a video verification of the unpacking as well.
